  • Hazard, risk and control. Defining hazards, risks and control measures
  • Causes of accidents
  • Attitude and behaviour
  • Benefits of getting it right
  • Achieving the ABC goal by putting ABC into Practice using the STAARR and TASK Cards

Number of Delegates: Maximum 20

Overview: This CITB Achieving Behavioural Change (ABC) course is designed to provide candidates with a basic understanding of how attitude, behaviour, communication and worker engagement at all levels can help prevent the chances of accidents occurring.

A light lunch will be provided to delegates attending this course.
Who should Attend
In order for this course to be successful it is important that attendees come from all levels within an organisation i.e. managers, supervisors and operatives.
Additional Information
The delegate will sit through a theory test. On successful completion of this course a natural progression would be to attend the SSSTS or the SMSTS course which we can also provide.
Final qualification
On successful completion of the course a 5 year nationally recognised Site Safety Plus certificate will be awarded.
